Senora Jones has been teaching at Monroe since 1990. This is her eleventh year. She teaches Spanish for second-year and Spanish Block, and has not taught any other subjects.
Sra. Jones was born in Mexico City, and became interested in becoming a teacher when she was volunteering at her kids’ school, and decided to contribute to schools. She got her first teaching jobs at the U of O and at Harrisburg.
In her spare time, she likes to read historical fiction books, and dance. Her goals for the future are to continue teaching, and to keep up with new teaching strategies.
