  2. Monroe Trends and Vision
  3. Todd Hamilton and Josh Record explained the purpose of the 4J Cadre and that they are here to help Monroe look at future changes from all vantage points.
  4. The Site Council recognizes that Monroe is a great school and is not broken.  However, in light of the new P. E. requirement, it is necessary to consider changes to align the common goals for 2008-2009. During 2007-2008, planning for the necessary changes will be a priority for staff development meetings. A work group with Rick, Barb, Pam and Dorothy Sjana, was established to set up a timeline structure to accommodate completion of planning by May, 2008. Sjana's and Dorothy's attendance during the work group will depend on the time schedule. During Thursday's staff meeting (4/5/07), Rick will invite staff members to join.
  5. The 4J Cadre will assist in whatever way possible.
  6. Ganas will present at next month’s meeting
  7. Minutes from 03/05/07 were approved
  8. Next meeting, May 2, 2007.
